1. Combine all the harissa ingredients. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through the cooking time.  3. Place the unsoaked beans, tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, harissa paste, turmeric, salt, pepper and water into the Instant Pot.

4. Press PRESSURE COOK and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 30 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. 5. Using the back of a spoon, roughly puree some of the soup to thicken. 6. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and parsley and serve.
