Instant Pot Harira Soup

What you'll need: 

– Olive Oil – Garlic – Smoked Paprika – Ground Coriander – Ground Cumin – Ground Caraway – Kosher Salt – Cayenne Pepper – Water – Bean Mix – Tomatoes – Onions – Carrot – Celery – Harissa Paste – Turmeric – Apple Cider Vinegar – Chopped Parsley

How to make Instant Pot Harira Soup

1. Combine all the harissa ingredients. 2. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through the cooking time.  3. Place the unsoaked beans, tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, harissa paste, turmeric, salt, pepper and water into the Instant Pot.

4. Press PRESSURE COOK and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 30 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. 5. Using the back of a spoon, roughly puree some of the soup to thicken. 6. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and parsley and serve.
