Heavy Whipping Cream- Increases the amount of fat and protein in the dish to make it a great low carb meal. Cheddar Cheese- I prefer to use sharp cheddar for a robust cheese-packed bite. STEP 1

Place chopped broccoli, onions, garlic, vegetable broth, butter, salt, and pepper into the Instant Pot liner.

Secure the Instant Pot lid and cook under high pressure for 3 minutes. When the cooking time is complete, manually release all pressure from the pot.

Remove the lid and select Saute. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and cubed cream cheese.

Slowly add in the shredded cheddar cheese a bit at a time while stirring to prevent it from clumping.
