Start by rolling your pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 1-inch strips. Tie each strip into a small knot and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and chopped parsley. Stir until fragrant and well combined.
