SEAR PORK CHOPS

Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

SAUTE AROMATICS

In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

DEGLAZE & SIMMER

Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and herbs. Let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

RETURN THE PORK

Add the pork chops back to the skillet, spoon the sauce over top, and simmer for another 5–7 minutes until the pork is cooked through (145°F internal temp).
