Fast. A quick appetizer or side dish that is ready in under 30 minutes. Easy. Mix together a few staple kitchen ingredients and serve. No cooking is required (unless you prefer it hot--then you can just pop it in the air fryer). Versatile. Use some of my variations below for a dip that can easily be adjusted to fit your personal preferences. Delicious. Creamy, cheesy, slightly spiced, and absolutely tasty.

INGREDIENTS

 In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the drained whole-kernel corn and diced tomatoes, and green chilies.

Add in the sour cream and mayonnaise, and stir until the mixture is well combined.

 Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

 If you prefer your corn dip warm, you can put it in a heat-safe pan that fits in your air fryer and cook at 400F for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted before serving.
