Superfine Almond Flour- Using almond flour instead of all purpose flour in this recipe eliminates the need to heat treat your flour for truly edible cookie dough. Kosher Salt- There's no more perfect pair than sweet and salty. Butter- This should be at room temperature to make it easier to combine with the other ingredients. Do not melt the butter, or the batter will be too runny to form into balls. Truvia- A low carb substitute for granulated or brown sugar that tastes just like the real thing! vanilla extract- Enhances the other sweet flavors in the recipe. Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips- You can buy Lily's chocolate chips, or you can save a little money and make low carb chocolate chips at home.

In a large bowl, mix together softened butter, Truvia, and vanilla extract.
