INGREDIENTS

Almond Flour- Also helps bind the meatloaf and gives it more of a cohesive consistency. Diced Onion- Adds flavor and moisture to the dish. Half and Half- Provides additional fat and moisture. Tomato Paste- Gives flavor and moisture to the chicken meatloaf. Worchestershire Sauce- Seasons each bite with a hint of umami flavor and saltiness. Italian Seasoning Salt Black Pepper Stevia- Sweetens the tomato glaze without adding a ton of unnecessary carbs.

STEP 1

Add the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, half and half, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl.
