Beef Bulgogi

This Beef Bulgogi uses such basic ingredients yet comes out tasting so very good. Make this dish quickly and with minimal effort in your air fryer.

What you'll need: 

– Sirloin Steak – Green Scallions – Carrots – Soy Sauce – Brown Sugar – Sesame Oil – Sesame Seeds – Minced Garlic – Ground Black Pepper

How to make Beef Bulgogi

1. Place sliced beef, carrots, and green onions into a plastic zip-top bag. Add, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and ground pepper. Squish the bag well to get the meat and sauce to incorporate well. 2. Allow the beef to marinate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

3. Place the meat and veggies into the air fryer basket, leaving behind as much of the marinade as you can. Set air fryer to 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. 4. Serve with steamed rice, riced cauliflower, or over a mixed salad.
