Air Fryer Korean Tacos

Given my love for both Korean recipes as well as Mexican food, it was only a matter of time before I gave you a recipe for Korean Tacos.  These tacos are crazy easy to make, and you're going to love the flavors!

What You'll Need

– Air Fryer – Gochujang – Dark Soy Sauce – Minced Garlic – Minced Ginger – Sugar – Sesame Oil – Sesame Seeds – Kosher Salt – Sirloin Beef – Onion – Flour Tortillas or  – Lettuce Leaves (Keto) – Green Scallions – Kimchi – Cilantro

How to make Air Fryer Korean Tacos

1. Whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt. 2. Place sliced beef, sliced onions, and green onions into a bag. Add other ingredients. Squish the bag well.  3. Allow the beef to marinate for 30 minutes.

How to make Air Fryer Korean Tacos

4. Cook in air fryer to 400°F for 12 minutes.  5. Place a little meat in the tortillas, top with green onions, cilantro and kimchi and enjoy!
