How To Make Air Fryer Keto Shrimp Scampi

1. Turn your air fryer to 330F. Place a pan in it. 2. Place the butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes in. 3. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes, stirring once, until the butter has melted.  4. Add butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, chives, basil, chicken stock, and shrimp to the pan, stirring gently.

5. Allow shrimp to cook for 5 minutes, stirring once.  6. Mix very well, remove the pan, and let it rest for 1 minute on the counter. 7. Stir at the end of the minute. The shrimp should be well-cooked at this point. 8. Sprinkle additional fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
