How to Make the Churro Batter

1. Melt butter in the saucepan 2. Mix in water, granulated sugar, and salt 3. Once the butter, sugar, and salt are fully incorporated mix in flour and remove from heat 4. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes 5. Add vanilla and eggs to the flour, butter, salt, and sugar mixture 6. Mix with your hands until it is smooth

How to Pipe the Churros

1. Carefully cut a hole in the tip of the piping bag 2. Use a silicone spatula. to place the churro batter into the piping bag. 3. Place parchment paper the same size as your air fryer basket on a baking sheet. 4. Carefully pipe 3-4 inch churros onto the parchment paper. 5. Let the piped churros chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to an hour

How to Air Fry the Churro Batter 

1. Carefully place the batter inside your air fryer basket. 2. Lightly spray the churros with oil 3. Air Fry at 375F for 4-5 minutes 4. Half way through, flip the churros over, spray the other side with cooking oil and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes 5. When the air fryer churros are done, spray them with oil and toss in the cinnamon-sugar.
