So they have these packages of pre-seasoned meat at Tom Thumb and other grocery stores. You’re meant to grill them outside, but I put this package in a crock pot or slow cooker with no liquids or anything else really, and let it cook for 4-6 hours on high. Completely different taste I’m sure than what I’d get from grilling it, but you don’t hear me complaining! Combine it with little guacamole on the side, plus a salad, and I’m usually a pretty happy girl.
Pure protein, no fuss, one pot to wash. Works for me.
