Progress at 2.5 months

I hate posting pictures of myself (see that head cut off? that’s a pretty good sign), but I wanted to show what 2.5 months looks like for a relatively SLOW loser who has had two 12-day stalls in 2.5 months.  I’m 5 feet 6 inches

Left: 230 poundss

Right: 195 poundss, so 35 poundss down.

    You look FABULOUS! Great work!!! P.S. Totally agree w/ what you said re: trends. There is a place on MFP where you can see your reports. I look at that whenever I feel down. Seeing it in graph form really puts it in perspective!
