Oven baked Ribs

So simple I hesitate to call it a recipe. We mixed store-bought dry rub into these ribs by shaking them up in a gallon ziplock bag. Wrap in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 2.5 hours and then nom them down. So good! I don’t think I’ll be buying store-bought ribs with their sugary sauce any time soon.

And yes I ate one rib before I remembered to take a picture. Oops.
