Great recipe! I made it like your recipe (I usually change things in other recipes, ahem.) It filled my home with this wonderful sweet scent. I missed having cereal and yet am unwilling to buy ridiculously priced commercial brands. This morning I had my first bowl with unsweetened coconut milk and it was AMAZING! Crunchy, slightly sweet, and totally satisfying! It was easy in hindsight to make. I can also see how to add additional flavors of this mix. (Woo-hoo!) Thank you for this original recipe, it is better than any granola I have ever enjoyed, even before becoming keto. It was filled with healthy things and my body rejoiced. It was like the 1st time I enjoyed guacamole... I just knew I had to have this as a part of my daily food regimen. I love healthy food that tastes good. Much gratitude to you!

I JUST made this. I snitched a little piece off the cookie sheet after I poured it out of the pan to cool and set up. OMG... SO GOOD. I've only been doing keto a little over a week. It's really easy to stick to because I keep finding gems like this recipe right here.

I experimented a little and used 2 Tbsp of coconut oil, 1 Tbsp of butter and a splash of toasted sesame oil. Then when it was cooling I sprinkled a few sugar free chocolate chips over about 1/4 of it just for fun. That part turned out super delicious all by itself, and I’m going to try a serving with almond milk for breakfast. SO good!! I really don’t like coconut so I’m very happy to have a recipe I can make myself without it. I just upped the nuts to about 2.5 cups to take the place of the coconut. I’m going to have a hard time making this last!

Hi! I love this recipe. I used Xylitol and I realize it's few extra calories. This is up there with my cinnamon toasted pork rinds for cold cereals. Thank you. Can't wait to try other recipes. This is a slow roll back to Keto (which I know works) but now I have your wonderful recipe to replace one of my loves.

I have observed that over the course of constructing a relationship with real estate owners, you'll be able to get them to understand that, in every single real estate financial transaction, a commission is paid. Ultimately, FSBO sellers will not "save" the payment. Rather, they struggle to win the commission by means of doing a great agent's occupation. In the process, they shell out their money as well as time to accomplish, as best they can, the jobs of an agent. Those obligations include uncovering the home by means of marketing, showing the home to buyers, developing a sense of buyer emergency in order to trigger an offer, scheduling home inspections, managing qualification check ups with the financial institution, supervising maintenance, and facilitating the closing of the deal.

I love this recipe, I've made it a couple of times with truvia sweetener and whichever different nuts and seeds I have in my cupboard - it comes out fantastic each time. The only challenge is to not eat it all at once! I sprinkle it on top of greek yoghurt and its delicious. Thank you for making my keto breakfast a lot tastier!!
