I love your recipes, and this one was easy and great, but there wasn't enough! I made the potatoes right before we sat down, and it made maybe two cups! I had six people and we all took tiny servings to just stretch it out. There is no way this would have fed ten. Was it supposed to be 14 cups of potatoes? Hate for this to happen to anyone else.

This was the first time in my adult life that I have made good mashed potatoes. I don’t really know how to cook and I have attempted homemade mashed potatoes a few times and they were awful 🤢. I undercooked them once and overcooked them another time and they were yucky and the texture of glue 🤢. I confidently made Urvashi’s recipe today and they were delicious and the perfect texture!
