This time of year, I used to love chex snack mix. I’m trying not to eat too much of that kind of junk so I made up this mix instead. So yummy!
1 c sesame sticks (whole foods. Sprouts)
1c toasted coconut chips (Costco, whole foods etc)
2 cups Costco unsalted mixed nuts
1c Costco sweet and salty peanuts
1c oriental snack mix (Costco, target as Zen Party mix)
A serving is only 1/4 of a cup but it’s filling, has good fats and some fiber, and it’s not sweet. Satisfies my crunchy salty desires. Win win!
