Two weeks at the same weight or up. I’m frustrated. Going to try a few days of higher calories to see if it helps or at the very least, makes me feel better about things!
I keep hearing from people that cheat days help them lose weight. I still average about 750-800 calories a week so I know I’m not over eating. I’ve not had a cheat day help historically but I will give it a try again.
I’m in Austin with my family, visiting my older son and might let myself relax a bit. Not planning to go crazy, just going to allow myself to enjoy a bit and (try to) not worry.
