So my blog has been jacked up for a bit and wouldn’t send notifications. I’ve stored up a lot of posts–including ones where I fought off a regain–to post. I’ll probably add those today and try to turn notifications off so I don’t drive you guys batty with them.
But I made this in the Instant Pot yesterday. I’ll post a proper recipe shortly but it’s basically onions, 1.5 poundss sliced chuck, 1/2 c soy sauce, 1/4 c agave nectar, 1 cup beef broth, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cooked for 12 mins under high pressure and thickened with a little cornstarch when done. For strict paleo, you might want to sub arrowroot powder to thicken and honey for the agave nectar. The trick is to steam the broccoli separately and mix gently into the cooked meat. I served it with cucumber “noodles”.
