I did it in my oven, but I'm sorry I did not track the exact timing. Pulled it when it was 160F throughout the entire loaf. One thing to do that I should have done is saute the onions before hand, as they were still a bit too crunchy in my otherwise fully cooked meat loaf.

Very tasty! My husband made it and questioned the amount of cayenne. It more than likely added to the flavour but seemed a tad too much for us so used 1/4 tsp, not the 1 tsp. Might try a bit more next time. There will be a next time. This is a great blend of spices. Thank you.

I would suggest leaving as close to an inch as you can around the edges of the pan so the air has plenty of room to circulate. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

Your recipe specifies an 8" round pan for the meatloaf. I need to resize the recipe to fit a pan that will fit inside the 1.9 quart Farberware air fryer that my husband just bought. The grid at the bottom is 6" across and the inside of the pot is 3.5" high /deep.
I can deal with re-sizing the recipe (I've been cooking for over 60 years) but I need to know how much (air circulation?) space I need to have between the sides of the pan and the sides of the air fryer pot. The same with the Bundt pan that you specify in your "Air Fryer Revolution" cookbook which I just bought.
Thanks! Looking forward to using some of these recipes and adapting others to my husband's cardiologist-ordered Pesco-Mediterranean diet.

Made this last night and it was so different from any I'd made before it was a nice change and I will make this again. I will admit I added some green pepper and cut down the heat by lowering the ceyenne. Next time will put in the full amount since my hubby added hot sauce! Haha!

I made this last week and my partner and i LOVED it!!!
I'm making it again this week!
Just a tip.... it took almost twice as long as the recipe states in my Gourmia 6 quart air fryer.
Thanks Urvashi! Another winner.
