Air fryer Cornish game hens marinated in yogurt, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, garam masala. 400 for 20 minutes to crisp up the skins, another 10-15 to cook slowly, flipping once or twice. I know the skin looks really dark but it was the yogurt, they’re not burnt.
I cooked until they reached an internal temperature of 165 F. Since I had four halves, I had to use a trivet and stack them on top of each other, so I had to rotate them
