How to Make Prosciutto Wrapped Brie

1. Lay four slices of prosciutto pie pan. 2. Put two slices going the other way. 3. Cut the brie in half, spread 1 tablespoon of sugar-free preserves on the first half, then put the other half back on and spread preserves on top. 4. Cover the brie with the six slices of bacon. 5. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, then broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
