How to make Avocado Lime Popsicles

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended. You will have a rather thick mixture at this point. 2. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours. 3. Alternatively, churn in an ice cream mixer and serve when set.

Tips and Tricks

– The high-fat content also makes these popsicles extra creamy and smooth. – They're not exactly low calorie, but are very filling. – You can substitute lemon instead of lime, but some citrus juice is needed for sure. – Use heavy cream or half and half in place of the coconut milk.
