INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil Garlic Smoked Paprika Ground Coriander Ground Cumin Ground Caraway Salt Cayenne Pepper 15 Bean Mix Tomatoes Onion Carrots Celery Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar Parsley

STEP 1

Place the unsoaked beans, tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, harissa paste, turmeric, salt, pepper and water into the Instant Pot.

STEP 2

Press PRESSURE COOK and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 30 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release all remaining pressure.

STEP 3

Using the back of a spoon or an immersion blender, roughly puree some of the soup to thicken.

Stir in the apple cider vinegar and parsley and serve.
