Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon filets dry with paper towels. Place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
