All-purpose flour Baking powder Salt Unsalted butter Warm water Granulated sugar Ground cinnamon

STEP 1

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the melted butter and warm water until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 2 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut the dough into circles.
