This has been the cooking-est week of several weeks, partly because I couldn’t cook while in India, partly because I’m trying to get the Mexican cookbook finished. The irony? I’m cooking all this, but I have to drink protein shakes and eat very little so I can lose 6 lbs (Thank you India). So you’ll see more keto/low carb foods on the rotation below.
