I’ve experimented with so many different types of pasta, and have finally settled on Carbanada pasta that I buy from Amazon. So here’s a quick Instantpot/Instant Pot recipe for a quick supper for everyone.
At 14 gms of net carbs, it’s not the lowest of low carb recipes, but honestly, it’s not bad for pasta, so I think it works as an occasional indulgence.
- Two cups of Carbanada or other low carb pasta of your choice
- 1 c ready-made spaghetti sauce
- 1 c water
- 8 ounce or more of your favorite ready-made frounceen meatballs (yes, you can cook them without thawing)
This is a simple "recipe". Put everything into your Instantpot or Instant Pot in the order listed
Set it for high pressure for two minutes
Carefully do a quick-release and stir gently.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
